Senior Network Subject Matter Expert, Zug
Up to 145,000 CHF + Benefits
Based in Zug. Permanent employment basis, Full-time with some flexible home office
Join a cutting-edge global cyber security business in Zug, Switzerland as their Senior Network Subject Matter expert where you will be responsible and own key network innovation and research projects. You will be the owner of network innovation and research projects including design, troubleshooting, prototyping, and also training of IP VPN & Encryption products. You will also be responsible for the validation and interactions of the core secure networks (cloud and lab)
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Be our IP guru :)
- Exploration of IP VPN & security features for added value positioning
- Customer project engineering & 3rd level support
- Application of creative approaches and innovative thinking to create new solutions
- Creating content for training and system documentation
- International travel to customers (25ish%)
Other requirements:
- Solid years in Network Architecture / Engineering (routing/switches)
- Experience or interest in Cyber Security
- Experience in 3rd party integrations
- Collaborative and communicative nature
- Willingness to travel when troubleshooting cannot be completed remotely.
- Confidence to take responsibility and ownership of topics.
