Technical Support Engineer, Berlin

Up to 60,000 EUR + Benefits

Based in Berlin. Permanent employment basis, Full-time with some flexible home office

Are you a master problem solver who speaks both German and English fluently? Do you have a passion for customer service and technical support? If so, we want you on our team as a Technical Product Support Specialist. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to one of our clients in the rehabilitation industry. Working closely with our product development team, you will help ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support in German and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions to clients
  • Work with our product development team to identify and report bugs and other issues
  • Document customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system

Other requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or related field
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Master problem solver with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of running shell and database scripts
