UX/UI Designer, Germany

Currently, I am working on behalf of one of Germany's leading MedTech companies providing a smart and easy-to-use application for individuals with muscular pain. We looking for top performers in the UX/UI sector. Ideally, an individual with vast knowledge in the mobile and health sector.
The primary responsibilities would be:
• Develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements.
• Deliver mock-ups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products.
• Collaborate with product management and the development team.
• produce high-quality UX design solutions.
The team work on developing the best MedTech application on the market.
The basic requirements are as follows:
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design. (Mainly with mobile applications)
• experienced applying and working with different tools like Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Affinity.
• highly familiar with mobile design guidelines as well as best web practices.
• experience with translating insights from research to your designs.
• distil simplicity from complex user requirements.
• very good English language skills, German is an advantage.
