  • Be part of our DigiCadamy programme to be trained, coached, learn and master the fundamentals in technology recruitment
  • Market research and analysis - start from scratch and make it like the back of your hand
  • Leave no stone unturned - headhunt and network candidates to find and build relationships with every person in your technology specialism
  • Master and uncover new and existing tools and techniques for candidate attraction and communication
  • Advise & consult – be honest and transparent – to think independently and to give credible career advice, thoughts and feedback to your market
  • Contribution and attending community activities and events
  • Build a passion for technology research
  • Building the foundations for being a champions league recruiter


What we need you to bring:


  • Ability to solve problems, advise and consult people
  • Proven experience or potential in building meaningful relationships
  • Experience in committing to self-learning in and outside of required times
  • Have a creative hat when it comes to writing emails and using social media
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Confident in speaking to people f2f, over the phone, video conferences etc.
  • Not be a technophobe
  • Ability to research - information gathering and hunting
