You will work on behalf of our client, a leading Microsoft consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform programmes across Norway and the wider Nordic region. Their customers are large enterprise organisations operating within complex, highly governed environments.
This is not a traditional hands-on development role. They are looking for a very senior architect who understands how to scale Power Platform properly at enterprise level, with a strong focus on governance, operating models, platform ownership, security, and long-term architectural direction.
The consultancy already has strong delivery capability in place. What they need now is someone who can guide enterprise clients through the challenges that come with scaling low-code platforms across large organisations

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise-wide Power Platform governance frameworks for large customers
- Establish standards around environments, DLP policies, security, ALM, and platform ownership
- Advise enterprise clients on scalable Power Platform operating models and best practices
- Support governance around citizen development and low-code platform adoption
- Work closely with technical delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency across programmes
- Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders across enterprise organisations
- Support roadmap planning, platform maturity initiatives, and strategic decision making
- Help clients balance agility and innovation with governance, compliance, and enterprise control
- Provide architectural leadership across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure environments
Other requirements (education, experiences):
- Strong experience working as a Power Platform Architect within enterprise-scale environments
- Proven consultancy experience working across multiple customers or complex programmes
- Deep understanding of governance, enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating models
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale Power Platform governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and the wider Microsoft cloud ecosystem
- Strong understanding of security models, compliance, environment strategy, and ALM best practices
- Previous freelance or consulting background is highly beneficial
- Fluent English required
