Product Owner/Manager, Aarau
Up to 140,000 CHF
Hybrid Working Model, Office in Aarau
Our client are a small team of around 40 people working in separate agile development teams, and this role will involve leading 1-2 teams of around 5 engineers. The product is a solution in the tax industry, with a focus on providing calculations for property and inheritance tax.
For this role we are seeking someone with the following profile:
- Proven experience in Product Ownership, or a background in Product related areas (Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering etc…)
- A history of working with Software Development Teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Taking charge of the team and driving forward the design for the solution/product.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into deliverables for the team.
- Co-ordinating and planning any product releases.
- Validate sprint results and provide input for any improvements in processes.
