Senior Business Analyst, Zurich
Up to 125,000 CHF
Based in Zurich. Permanent employment basis, Hybrid, 3 days home office per week
You will work on behalf of our client, one of the leading Swiss consultancies serving banks, insurers, and financial services firms with digitalisation, application development, testing, and software engineering across the full project lifecycle.
As the new Business Analyst you will be joining a team of business analysts supporting our customers in the FinTech space to continually improve and upgrade their applications, we are always looking to grow and are now searching and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the squad at our Zurich HQ.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Gather and specify requirements together with client departments
- Model, verify, and describe business processes using BPMN 2.0
- Organize and moderate workshops, document requirements and create concepts
- Act as a bridge between business units, IT partners, and software providers
- Assist with testing, define test cases, analyze bugs, provide user training and support
- Advise and support client departments on various topics
Other requirements:
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or marketing
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer at a Swiss Bank
- Knowledge in IT
- Knowledge of BSI CRM and/or Finnova
- Fluent German and English language skills
